Shipping & Delivery policy
Orders will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will be notified through Whatsapp once the order is dispatched. Click on the Tracking Order ID to know the status of delivery.
We offer free shipping only on orders above Rs. 1000/
Cancellation policy
Cancellation of order is allowed till the time the order has been shipped. Please contact us on Whatsapp (8097632709) to check the order status. Incase the order is already dispatched cancellation request cannot be accepted.
Incase of cancellation the amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days
Incase of any dispute the decision made by Zilverlinks will be final.
Return policy
Return of Products are allowed only incase of any damage during shipping. Please take a picture and share with us on Whatsapp (8097632709) within 24 hrs of product delivery. We shall connect with you and take it forward.
Once agreed, request our customers to send the damaged product back. After the product is received and verified by Zilverlinks we shall issue a credit note/voucher of the same amount.
Incase of any dispute the decision made by Zilverlinks will be final.
